2. Appointments & Cancellations

Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.

3. Payments & Pricing

Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of service via cash, card, or digital payment methods.
Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds & Returns

No refunds are provided for completed services.
Refunds for prepaid services are only applicable in case of a cancellation by Uniex Salon.
Products purchased can be returned or exchanged only if unused and in original packaging within 7 days.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must inform the salon of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before treatments.
Uniex Salon is not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed health conditions.
Hygiene and sanitation are maintained per industry standards.
